A Day in the Life of a Participant

Frequently Asked Questions

Our events surround genuine litigations (real court cases). Because of the reality of the circumstances and information involved, only those who are legally able to serve as jurors are included in our research. All participants must present a valid state ID or Driver’s License matching their Truscott Database zip code.

Yes, participants are typically provided breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. If an event differs, then participants will be notified of any changes.

Typically, participants are compensated $400 for a Full Day, and $200 for a Half Day. Each participant is called and given the specific details of the event (including pay). After the call, a follow up email is sent detailing compensation. If an event differs, then participants will be notified of any changes in compensation prior to attending.

Compensation in the form of a bank check is given to participants prior to leaving the event.

Yes, they may attend as long as they aren’t your relation and don’t share your address.

Prior to the date of the event, our company calls those residing in the event area, the details of the event are shared, and potential participants can choose to attend. If we are unable to reach someone by phone, an email is sent with the details of the event.
